Jayna Rachit Shah is a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience in auditing and taxation. As a Director at Rajath Finance Limited, Jayna is responsible for strategic planning, implementation and management of all finance activities within the company, with a focus on Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) audits.

Prior to joining Rajath Finance, Jayna worked with reputed organisations such as Shah Shah Thakkar & Co LLP, Riskpro India Ventures Private Limited and Singhi & Co. 

Jayna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jayna cultivates a well-rounded life, enjoying activities like music, travel, badminton and chess.
