Senior Manager Accounts and Finance

Required Senior Manager Accounts and Finance for a BSE listed NBFC with about 5+ years post qualification experience in a listed NBFC. Must be qualified CA to be designated as CFO.

 

Would be responsible for:

– timely compliances of TDS, GST, other statutory payments.

– ⁠preparation of all MIS, data, information for raising funding.

– ⁠Preparation of financial accounts as required from time to time.

 

Place of work : Marol , Andheri East. Mumbai.

Company Secretary

Required a Company Secretary for a listed NBFC with about 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in a listed NBFC.

Would be responsible for timely compliances of ROC/ MCA, RBI and SEBI.
